Is it confirmed that we will see a pre-eye patch sam jackson leading the commandos in a cameo like role in this flick?
or will he simply wake up Cap from the ice as he does in the animated movie?

some of the commandos are in the flick (dum dum dugan is there)
according to wikipedia ultimate nick fought it WW II and he was exposed to the super soldier serum and this is the reason why he hasn't aged.
And NIck knew Tony Stark's father. so i have a feeling that Sam Jackson may have a cameo in the cap america as a seargent and then he leads them along side the cap. and then we see him get exposed to the soldier serum.
but my question is how much screen time will sam get?
