Could this film keep Daredevil from Marvel?

This is just a theory of my own so don't take it as fact; although I do have some evidence to back it up.

Now how does The Wolverine fit in here? The film is confirmed to take place in Japan with Japanese feudal elements (samurai, ninjas, etc.). In addition, the comic storyline of Wolvie's days in Japan feature The Hand (a Daredevil property) very prominently. Could the inclusion of The Hand, and other possible Daredevil character cameos, be a tool for Fox to extend their Daredevil license for another 7 years like they did with the Elektra film as outlined above?

Could Fox be trying to create their own Marvel Cinematic Universe at the expense of Marvel? Something to ponder...

I've only just now have been collecting the three Frank Miller Daredevil books and man are they cool stories.

As for the question to whether FOX wants to keep the Daredevil rights just to spite Marvel? I'm thinking yes it's obvious FOX doesn't have any future plans for DD.

They may as well let DD go back to Marvel, if they haven't already (I'm sure too much tim has passed for them to retain the rights now).

Wouldn't mind seeing FF in the same universe as the Singer/Vaughn X-Men though, but some say FF is also back at Marvel...

As I have said before I suspect despite talk both Daredevil and Fantastic Four will be
rebooted by Marvel/Disney and not Fox.If Sony hadn't put Ghost Rider;Spirits of Vengence before the camers as they did they would have lost the rights.

Of course we are still waiting for marvel studios to do a non avengers related project.

I don't care about the Elektra and Daredevil movies.

Its great that they got their own movies but FOX should just give up the rights to Marvel and FOX should just focus on X-Men and Fantastic Four.

I doubt they are trying to create their own little Marvel universe, and I hope to God that they aren't. Last thing I need to see is the X-Men running around with the Fantastic Four.

As far as The Wolverine goes, I guess we'll have to see if the movie even includes The Hand. If The Hand is a Daredevil property, then they may as well call them something else in the movie.

The Hand was In the leaked script details.So chances are The Hand Is In The Wolverine.
The Silver Samurai was In the leaked script details and Hugh jackman confirmed the
Silver Samurai In The Wolverine.
