I hate how when people around me get mad or pissed it's okay and no big deal, but if I get mad or pissed suddenly everyone thinks I'm crazy.

That happens to me quite a bit too.

I hate when this one "friend" of mine talks down to me in front of others to look cool(I don't hang out with him anymore really due to his insecurity and arrogance) and when I talk a little **** back to him, he calls me an A-whole, and of course due to most people treating life like a popularity contest no matter what the age, he's the one in the right while I'm in the wrong for defending myself. **** this society filled with immature people who still worry about trying to fit in and be "cool" because they lack confidence.

Having just realised it's Saturday tomorrow and that the school punks will be hanging around in town I have to say I hate many things. There's a guy out there who wears his trousers with the crotch at his knees. I mean what the hell? What if he has to run for a bus or something? He'll look like even more of a total dick. I hate it when you plan a decently-sized, surprise party for your parents' 30th anniversary and one half of the duo winds up in the hospital. What I mean is, I hate that my parent is in the hospital. But I especially hate the timing... because their kids had planned something really special for them, and they'll be extra miserable when they learn of the celebration and they think they've ruined it all. It's not fair to them.

Thanks. We had to tell my folks about the former surprise party since pops'll be in the hospital until at least Monday. So we're really not sure what we're going to do. I think we still have to have the party, as inappropriate as it may seem... a lot of people have changed their plans, some have traveled hours, we put a lot of money into it... but, yeah, my dad feels terrible. He feels like he ruined everything, and that's the worst part.

An English teacher of mine about 3 years ago said that to a student. the "could" one...and I had an argument with her, not defending the kid, but that the statement was "I couldn't care less."...Lasted about 10 minutes. Lol.

I hate that it took me 3 weeks to get my transcript because my high school changed how they did it and didn't tell anyone. I hate how when I don't draw for a year or two that it is taking me forever to get back into the habit and how decent I was. And I hate how people who think they're being funny and are just being obnoxious get encouraged by other people behind/beside them to keep going even though their lack of intelligence is really starting to give you a migraine.

I truly hate the multi-media integrated marketing cohesiveness of recent movies and especially children's movies. Every time a new awful CGI film comes out, this whole cycle begins where the characters show up in dumb, non-traditional spots on USA network, in commercials for various products (usually the annoying, one-note ensemble characters like the henchmen in Despicable Me, the slugs in Flushed Away, the penguins in Madagascar -- the characters that coffee drinking morons always leave the movie saying "they were the funniest part!"). I have no problem with merchandising and know that commercialization has always existed with films and especially children's movies, but this is different. This kind of bombardment makes me FEEL the over-commercialization and makes me too aware of the soullessness of Hollywood. It makes me view the films as only a product, and even if that's all they are, it's not in a movie studios favor that I should be so aware of it -- it makes me not want to watch them at all.

The first time this really started to affect me was Iron Man 2. Things like the unholy alliance with Wal-Mart with the goofy Iron Man 2-AC/DC displays complete with cds and shirts of Iron Man with the aging rock band's logo behind him (why?), and that stupid phone commercial with scenes spliced in.

Market the movie with billboards, trailers and tv spots and internet ads, but market THE MOVIE ITSELF.

I hate when people say somebody's dislike or hate for someone is based on jealousy. I recently posted a facebook status that said every hip hop song is ruined the minute I hear Drake's voice in it and a girl I'm friends with commented "jealousy doesn't suit you." Why in the world would I be jealous of Drake of all people? Because he's finding success in the hip hop game and I'm not? Lulz

Or even when people say, "That person hates me for some reason. They must be jealous." Or, "That ***** only hates you cuz she's jealous." No, maybe they just don't like you? Maybe you're a ****** person?

Because he was the one I heard at the time. And he's quite a bit more popular/successful than Souldja Boy (but yeah, he sucks too) and Neo doesn't sound anything like those guys.

It's spelled 'Ne-Yo' actually (for copyright reasons) and he isn't a rapper, he has a somewhat distinctive voice and sings R&B songs and hooks. His friend gave him the name when he noted how Ne-Yo could "see" music like Neo sees the Matrix.

Drake sounds very similar to Lil Wayne, who he is in an alleged gay relationship with and they both sound similar Kirko Bangs and a few others who have bit Wayne's style.

Drake and Soulja Boy sound about as similar as Conor Oberst and Klaus Meine, however.

I hate when people try to veil racism as a difference in opinion; just because they are black artists doesn't mean they sound the same, and it doesn't mean the music they contribute should be made to appear insignificant, meaningless or otherwise unworthy.
