Exactly. It's not like it's a theatrical poster or anything. It's just the promo art for marketing purposes. Something you'd see hanging at conventions, and in Walmarts (and the like) in the toys section once the film hits in May.

You know I agree I don't like it here when Batfans rip on other properties ect. However, and this is one thing that irks me more, people act as if the Batman area is the worst in the board area. Whenever I go to any of the other forum areas, all you hear is Batman/Batman fan bashing. To me I just think some ignore this fact. I don't bash anyone elses properties because its just not what I do. But I see it on both sides, I just think since the Batboard is hands down the busiest area of the hype people seem to point at it all the time.

I hear crap on the other boards about Batfans and their properties all the time, so I guess its just a cyclical thing. I don't like it nor care or condone it on either side though.

And considering no one has seen this picture before (a picture of that quality would no doubt have had some exposure by now if it was pre existing and fake) we can only assume it's brand new, so unless the guy DREW the picture, printed it out and took a snapshot of it at an angle...I'm betting it's the real deal. Since he delivered with this, it means that it's very unlikely that he's lying about the TDKR poster and that we will be getting that soon.
