I actually dont eat that much for real. If Im not smokin pot I hardly eat at all. Like one maybe 2 meal a day. Ive just always been big. But I recently found out that I am now below 350 which I havent been in years. Ive been working out alot lately tryna get in shape. Sex can be a difficult task when your not in shape

Lunch - boiled rice with fried korola (bitter gourd), a curry of rui (buffalo fish), Shojna daata (drumsticks) potatoes and green herb spices making up the gravy.

Trying to cut down on the junk-food. This is high on the green (and therefore rich in fibre, too much to be honest), but a bit too much on carbs too. The fish really gives a salty, spiced flavour to make all that vegetable tolerable, and balances with low protein. Good meal for the weekend.
