I'm assuming this is Stark in the armour and not just Random S.H.I.E.L.D agent #43948..?

I'm going to go with Wonder Woman (based on pre-New 52 reboot Wonder Woman, I have no idea what post-new 52 Wonder Woman's power level is) as strong as the Hulkbuster armour is, it's still tech... if she can punch or tear even the smallest flaw into it she's smart enough to exploit it and take it apart, where Hulk might just try hitting the damn thing as hard as he can wherever he can, Diana is smart enough to pick and choose her spots with serious strength and speed (albeit giving a little ground on what the armour was deigned to deal with).

JI'd say he has a better shot in his normal (Extremis) armor than he does in the Hulkbuster suit. He'd still lose, but at least it would be a closer fight.

When fighting Hulk mobility isn't really too much of a concern, you need to worry about strength and durability. But when fighting Diana, I don't think being a basically stationary target and trying to slug it out is the best option.

Hmmm...I'd say...Parasite would win. Parasite has been able to drain his victims dead in seconds (unless their Superman apparently) while every time AV tries to drain/cure his victims/foes it seems to take a minute or two. Unless the AV suit is able to combat Parasite and slow Parasite's draining process down. Still I think Parasite would be able to both drain away Eddie's Anti-Venom symbiote while gaining life energy/strength all the while, faster than Eddie can "cure" Parasite.

Hmmm...I'm gonna go with the re-sized Doom Patrol here - mostly because of Mento. I think if he could focus his attention on Darkstar and keep her at bay, if not possibly mess with her dimensional power control, the DP could take out the other members well enough. Plus with his intagibility he stands the best chance of being last one standing between the two teams.
