It needs to be changed or done away with. It's just an excuse for bad behavior.

I'm not so sure. I think the idea is sound enough. We just need to learn the boundaries a bit. I mean once people get used to it and understand then everything will be alright.... for the most part. What's the point in changing the goal posts now (or even next year) when you essentially want the same goal?

I'll admit I was tempted to get into the situation after reading a few responses here and there, but ultimately that's futile (having learned from past experiences) and it's clearly not the place. If there was one change to this award/thread for the future I'd maybe suggest limiting conversations here (I'd still like to hear people's opinions on their nominations). One to better keep track and of nominations and second to limit any possible arguments.

Other than that I think this award could stay.

Can I still nominate Warner Brothers? I don't think there's a bigger dick then them right now.
