Well it does sound like a copyrighted song. But I too don't know title.

Ugh, this is gonna kill me. Now I have to watch that sad as hell scene just to listen to it. I am not pleased.:doh:

That's definitely a Mark Snow score.

Doesnt look like it's on the official Smallville score album though

This was Mark Snow's soundtrack music. So far as I know, his music for Smallville has not been released commercially, so only Mr. Snow would know the name of that piece. But I agree that it is great music for a great scene.
