I'm fairly certain Marvel has the rights to the Inhumans since Disney released that (rather dreadful) plot summary of a potential script a while ago.

I would love to see the Inhumans in a Guardians of the Galaxy movie! Then they can spin off into their own film directed by Shekhar Kapur maybe?

I just kinda wish they'd make a cosmic cross over epic like The Avengers. Maybe if they get Silver Surfer and Galactus back and they use Nova in the future.

yes, inhumans in space is one of my favorites. i loved seeing them go cosmic. one story i liked prior to war of kings was the 2000 inhuman mini. the kree came back to earth to take the inhumans back as their weapons. that could be an intro for the inhumans, and the kree.
