Lila Cheney is the answer. Lila is a woman mutant who has the power to teleport vast distances. She is a British citizen who was originally introduced as a master theif, but never really served as a villian for any x-group. She first appeared in 1985 in the New Mutants in a double-plot where she intended to actually steal the entire planet, but was being pursued by some nasty aliens. The new mutants stopped the aliens and convinced Lila to focus on her musical career instead of stealing things. Since then she's appeared in X-Factor and in X-Men. Hope I didn't mess up any answers.

Well there used to be this dude here whose name was HypnoHustler then he got banned or lost his login info but i can't think fo what his new name is now but I saw him in the Comments and Support forum and at the time he had 'Hypno Hustler' as his sig. I'm not raising a stink about anything, I just find it kind of odd that you would class Hypno Hustler as a non-humanoid human. Human means he was born a non-mutant to human parents. Humanoid means, according to dictionary.com, "having human characteristics or form." They're only aliens if you define them as humanoids from another planet. But whatever, I wouldn't have guessed Hypno Hustler anyway. :)
