Interesting thing about that manip, the background in the bottom right pic of Superman is from a day time pic of Australia. I wanted it to be in context with the other pics so I made it a more evening setting to be a bit darker.

For exploding Krypton I took the sun and recolored it to a redish tint, I took a white spaceship, changed the color, and shaded in some speed :)

Btw I'm ok with Bosworth but you gotta admit Portman looks good in that manip :D

It never ceases to amaze me that fans create these artificial wars, especially Superman fans. I can almost guarantee you that Routh wouldn't exactly condone that sort of "rubbing it in" attitude. And I'm sure Welling wouldn't approve of or condone the Routh bashing either. BATGIRL, well I didn't have them saved on my computer so I had to do a loooong search
and found them. Cool thing I discovered, the first of these manips you'll see appears to be the first manip of Routh made, I made it the day he got announced :D :up:

I don't think it's entirely your fault, but that is the worst pic of Routh's face that's been released. So it doesn't help the manip at all :o He looks kind of evil with the lighting not catching his eyes properly :-/ It's a cancer to those that support him for the role.

i used CorelDraw to create the title. It has a function calls "Extrude" to create depth. All you have to do is select certain font, then apply Extrude,very fast and easy. The finishing was done in Photoshop

Superman, nothing in continuity as far as I know...He's currently on Ex Machina, great book, he did a short stint on Ironman, did a long run on Starman, also did LOTDK, and an elseworld JSA Liberty File, and the sequel unholy three, I love pretty much everything the man does, and everything I mentioned is more than worth picking up...(Superman, of sorts, is in Unholy Three...I wont ruin anything in case someone decides to pick it up...)

That's close but the boots are wrong and the belt should be lower on his hips.

The boots have a very thick tred. Look at Mr.Incredible for the cut of the boot.

Routh has a very long torso and short legs.

Think Olympic swimmer body and shorts.

In SI and SII I never saw a picture with Superman being really pissed off like Routh is, I just do not see any warm, caring, or kind Superman look in this guys eyes.
