When we walk, we usually walk so that our left arm and right leg extend simultaneously, so when we see the same sides extending at the same time, it seems a bit unnatural. It makes it look a little...off center. It's still a great poster tho!!

Please do not presume to tell me i need to learn anything, i think you'll find that quite the contrary. I take in constructive criticism constantly and usually change what more than one person concur on, since well i do this for you guys, not for myself.

Oh yeah...quite a few...I didn`t want to sound like an ******* but people should learn how to take constructive critques over their work. Any kind of artwork, music, painting, manips is subject to this. And i`ve studied anatomy/drawing/comic books/painting/collors for a long time and i can tell straight away when something doesnt look right.

There is no high resolution one out there. darkb, i dont want to take anything away from the work you did but i wanted to give it a try as well. looks good, but very unrealistic. Take a look at some other mock up dvd covers, especially barney's in his thread and you'll get a better iea on how to do it. Its too plain IMO and they would never use that image, in fact its pretty much known that they will use the image on the poster for the dvd cover. Try designing some stuff on the back too, i may give it a go. And the movie IS rated pg-13

its pg 13 gor us audiences. He's used BBFC classification (UK). Its either going to be PG or 12A, i'm assuming 12A as thats what batman begins was.

as for the dvd cover i threw it together quickly but honestly i doubt they will do anything other than that shield, unless they put routh on the cover in some sort of epic position, they would probably do that for a special edition, because you know damn well they are going to make more than one release of this movie when it comes to dvd, but i strongly feel that they will use that updated shield as the dvd cover, possibly extruding out, that would be cool.

that's great supersebas., however the anatomical structure for his abs and ribs is really off making the suit look molded. Everything else looks natural except for his torso and it throws the piece off. tone it down a little and itll look even better.

Oh man did this ever make me laugh. Granted I will absolutely be seeing both movies, and enjoying both, but Returns should kick X3's a$$.

I know this isn't exactly SR related, but I want to get as much feedback as I can.

This is a Christopher Reeve illustration I am working on, as the final project for my Illustration class.

The image was created from scratch in photoshop, using various brushes and tools. I based the likeness on one shot of Reeve I really liked. It is 100% freehand, using a good old mouse! (I really want to get a Wacom tablet soon...)

I think I've got Reeve's likeness down pretty well, and it turned out much more life-like than I thought It would.
