Oh. Well yeah, they look deformed, that's for sure. Then again, so does pretty much every Japanese cartoon that I've ever seen.
I mean, if they're supposed to be kid versions of the X-Men, how come the girls have breasts?

CHIBI equals kids.
chibi equals for kids not actually kids, it just means making something cuter by enhancing it in a childlike way (larger eyes foreheads an smaller limbs) so that it appeals to the younger age group
