Extreme Lumberjack Match
Sabu vs. John Cena

The music of ECW hit in the arena as the lumberjacks made their way to the ring, including Tommy Dreamer, balls Mahoney, Stevie Richards, Little Guido, Roadkill, Danny Doring, Justin Credible, Al Snow and Sandman. Sabu then made his way to the ring looking set for action. The RAW Lumberjacks then made their way down and they are Val Venis, Matt Striker, Rob Conway, Snitsky, Viscera, Trevor Murdoch, Lance Cade and Charlie Haas. John Cena then made his entrance and we are set to go. All the Lumberjacks argued on the outside and Cena walked through them all like parting the red sea.

Sabu attacked Cena and nailed him in the back and then stomped away at him. Cena was tossed to the outside and we thrown back inside by ECW. Cena sent Sabu to the corner and nailed a fisherman’s buster for two. Sabu was tossed out and the RAW guys sent him back in. Cena hit some right hands on Sabu and then nailed a back elbow for two. Cena was tossed out and the ECW guys stomped away at him and tossed him back inside. Sabu again tossed Cena out and Sandman nailed him in the head with his cane!

Sabu has a chair and nailed the triple jump moonsault and covered for two before locking in the camel clutch. Cena fought out but Sabu hit a low blow in the corner. Sabu hit a triple jump leg drop and covered for another two count. Sabu went up top with the chair and came off with the Arabian Facebuster on Cena for a near fall. Sabu went for a splash off the chair in the corner but Cena moved. Cena went nailed a powerslam on Sabu and then went for the five knuckle shuffle but things are breaking down on the outside and Dreamer has a table out. Cena hit a FU over the barricade on Richards, and then Sabu nailed Cena with a chair.

Snow picked up Cena and Sabu tossed a chair at his head. Dreamer and Sabu dragged Cena to the table on the outside and held him in place as Sabu got back in the ring. Viscera saves Cena and he nails Sabu in the head with the cane. Back in the ring and Cena threw the chair at the head of Cena and Cena looks pissed. Cena goes for the FU and then spots the table and foes it on Sabu through the table, and Sabu took one hell of a sick bump as he hit the edge of the table. Sabu was tossed back inside and then Cena locked in the STFU for the win.

RVD confronted John Cena. Van Dam gave Cena credit for having the "testicular fortitude" to walk into the ECW locker room last week. Van Dam offered to wrestle John Cena tomorrow on Raw for the WWE Title. Cena said the title was his life, and accepted the challenge. They shook hands, and Cena stared at the belt on RVD's shoulder.

The events leading to DX vs. Spirit Squad were shown.

D-Generation X vs. The Spirit Squad

The music of D-Generation X hit in the arena as Shawn Michaels and Triple H made their way down to the ring to a huge pop from the crowd. Pyro went off in the shape of an X as they made their way down the aisle. They did the crotch chops to pyro and Triple H got on the mic and did the “are you ready” bit. Michaels took the mic and said of course, if you’re not down with that, we got two words for ya…SUCK IT! The Spirit Squad then made their way down as the World Tag Team Champions for this 5 on 2 handicap match.

Michaels started out with Mitch, while the rest of the Squad cheered him on. Michaels traded holds with Mitch and applied a headlock. Michaels tripped Mitch and walked across his back, then chopped him. Mitch came back with a knee to the gut and stomped and punched Michaels down in a corner. Mitch then danced in celebration, and Michaels lit him up with chops. Michaels got back into the Squad corner, but Michaels fought them all off with elbows and punches. Michaels took Mitch to his corner, and he and Triple H pounded him down. The Squad ran in, but DX cleaned house. Johnny was bleeding from the nose on the floor. The Squad regrouped on the floor.

Johnny, bloody nose and all, tagged in. Johnny pulled out a headband with martial arts insignia on it. Johnny did some karate poses, so Michaels, acting scared, tagged in Triple H. Johnny did some kicks to the air, while Triple H watched. Johnny went for the crane, and Triple H punched him to the mat. Triple H hit some more punches, then delivered a suplex. Triple H did a crotch chop, then hit a kneedrop. Johnny came back with a thumb to the eye, then hit some right hands in the corner. Triple H reversed a whip, and Johnny hit the corner hard. Triple H distracted the referee while Michaels pulled Johnny crotch first into the ringpost, then rammed his legs into the post. Johnny got up on wobbly legs, and Triple H pulled Johnny's pants down. Johnny managed to kick a charging Triple H and tagged Mikey.

Mikey charged Triple H, who flung him to the floor. Michaels crotched Mikey on the security wall, then he and Triple H double teamed him while the Squad argued with the referee. Back in the ring, Mikey looked for a time out, and Triple H stomped him. Kenny took a shot at Triple H from the apron, and the Squad pulled Triple H to the floor and threw him into the ringsteps. Triple H was now stomped down in the Squad corner. Kenny tagged in, and elbowed Triple H, but got caught with a neckbreaker. Mikey and Michaels tagged in. Michaels hit a flying forearm, kipped up, then hit reverse atomic drops on Mikey and Mitch. Michaels cleaned house, and hit the top rope elbow on Mikey.

Michaels warmed up for the Superkick, but the Squad ran in. DX were clearing the ring, when Johnny hit Michaels with a spinkick. Mikey tagged in Nckey, who covered Michaels for a two count. Michaels kicked away a Nicky backdrop and tagged in Johnny, who Michaels decked. Michaels was dragged to the floor by the Squad, and Kenny decked him with a chair. Michaels was rolled back in, and NMitch hit a trampoline bulldog on Michaels. Johnny covered him for a two count. Triple H threw the trampoline across ringside, but didn't hit anyone. The Spirit Squad kept Michaels in their half of the ring, tagging in and out and working over HBK. Michaels was given a flapjack and Kenny covered Michaels for a two count, then applied a chinlock.

Michaels punched free, and he and Kenny clotheslined each other. Nicky clotheslined Michaels from the apron. Mickey tagged in and worked over Michaels, then tagged in Mikey and threw him at Michaels, but Michaels moved and Mikey went flying from the ring. Michaels hit a double DDT on Johnny and Mitch. Triple H got the hot tag and began cleaning house, hitting clotheslines, jumping knees and spinebusters. Kenny was given a facebuster on the knee and set up for a Pedigree, but Mickey broke it up. The fight went to the floor, and Mikey went for a somersault dive off the trampoline, but Micheals moved and Mikey took out most of the Spirit Squad. Kenny was in the ring with Triple H, and backed up into Michaels. Michaels spooked Kenny back into Triple H, who set up for the Pedigree. Triple H hit it, while Michaels superkicked Mitch. They got the double pin at the 18-minute mark.

Winners: D-Generation X

The Aftermath:

Michaels and Triple H gave the rest of the Spirit Squad pedigrees and superkicks. DX cleared the ring of everyone but Mitch, and Michaels rubbed Mitch's face into Triple H's bare rear end. Jim Ross speculated that DX was starting a new club.

DX celebrated, and Vince McMahon walked out onto the stage, grinning. Vince said (not on a mic, but audible), "Congratulations, I'll see you tomorrow night."

DX posed in the ring to end the show.

And we are done. Thankfully.

Just got done watching Vengeance and reading the last however many pages.

1. This PPV rocked. The spots on the PPV were amazing. In the I-C title match, the German/Superplex was an awesome spot. Edge/RVD was a great match. RVD got powerbombed on top of the guardrail. Very solid match. DX/SS, good match, probably more suited for a Raw ME but, since it was DX's first match I can understand. Sabu/Cena was decent, Cena was on top of his game again. Angle/Orton was pretty good also. Kane/Kane sucked, but who didn't see that coming. Umaga/Eugene was retarded. The 2/3 Falls match didn't last vrey long and the ending pissed me off.

Some of the booking for the show didn't make sense, but all in all, it was the second best PPV behind WM this year, and that includes all of TNA's ****fests that they call PPV's.

2. I was shocked reading the last few pages here because of people calling the PPV ****ty or "wow, glad I didn't order this", if you didn't watch it, you can't judge it.

Umaga/Eugene- 2/10
Flair/Foley- 3.5/10
Carlito/Benjamin/Nitro- 10/10
Edge/RVD- 8.5/10
Kane/Kane- 1/10
Sabu/Cena- 6/10
D-X/SS- 7/10

Overall- 8/10

Crowd was into most of the matches, IC being the most over match with Edge/RVD and D-X/SS coming in second.

Go out of your way to watch this PPV, it was good.

I was even looking forward to a Cena/Edge feud, too. I was hoping to have them main event the Summer. The two work well together, and with Foley distracted with Flair, it could have lead to a tag match a SNME in July of Flair/Cena v. Edge/Foley. It could worked out well, and Edge can, and should, run with the title until WrestleMania 23.

I know RVD deserved the title, and it sucks that he would have to be a transitional champ for Edge to have the gold, but Edge should hold the gold at this point.

Back into the subjects: I don't see the point of giving Cena the title again tonight. If those are not the plans, I wonder how long will it take for WWE to give the title to Edge. I don't think RVD should stay as World Champion of both WWE and ECW. Edge should be given a decent title reign. Possible feuds: Orton (heel vs. heel), HBK, Carlito and last but not least Triple H.

I think they need to get a new member or two for DX. Right now they are just a trouble-making tag-team, I'd like to see them as a faction again. Plus at this rate, they will just be beating on the SS all the damn time and it will get old reaalllyy fast. Not sure how long DX is supposed to last, but it would be nice to see them get a good run in as a big "gang".

I kinda like the idea of HBK thinking they've grown up and Triple H still acting like he's thirty something years old. I loved it when the cheerleaders came out last Monday and Shawn automatically covered his eyes.:D

I think Carlito would be decent,but when I think about it,could you really imagine him doing crotch chops? Carlito is cocky like most DX members are,but he's just not as....I dunno....raunchy.:confused:
