Both dictators in their own little ways. This is the first stage of Cell's two-legged phase vs. the comic version of Magneto. Who's going to be the last one standing? This forum needs a new vs. thread to dispute over.

I'm going to go with cell on this one. He's about as strong as a regular super sayin in his imperfect form. Plus he has piccollos cells so he can regenerate from any of magnetos attacks.

The problem with these DBZ vs threads is that most people have only passing knowledge of these comic book characters. When people think Magneto they think of a guy who has power over metal but i'm afraid his power extends FAR beyond that.

The whole Iron in your blood thing isn't needed to hold Imperfect Cell Down since his powers extend over gravity itself I mean come on the guy can move entire mountains! Also a little known fact is that Magneto can absorb power from electro magnetic fields to augment his strength and Durability allowing him to go blow for blow with most of Marvel's titans.

Magneto also has energy powers possibly above even above the DBZ's mighteist since he can actually redirect energy blasts back at his opponent. He can also create forcfields that are said to be near indestuctible and he can even open wormholes in space practically giving him instantaneous movement. But does this mean I think Magneto can beat Cell? Sadly I have to say that Mgneto loses this one since he just can't match the physical prowess of the DBZ characters.:( :up:

About Cell's statement,well Cell's statement in the manga is contrdicted because Kid Buu only destroyed several hundred planets,so if he could destroy solar systems then he would have destroyed more then several hundred planets in a couple of years.
