Rogue X-suit pics

Does anyone have detailed pics of Rogue's X-Suit. The walking poster does not clearly show the design of the lower part of her suit. I wish more of the promotional pictures were available. I bet there would be some full body shots of her with the X-Suit. I recently have seen the X-Men 2 DVD Ads in X-men Comics which show the promotional picture of Jeans body posing with Storm's head on the body. It makes it look as if storm is wearing Jeans suit from the movie, rather than her own. I actually liked the look for Storm.
Back to the reason for the request, any better detailed pics of Rogue's costume from X2?

The bottom half of her costume is pretty basic. The only big difference between her and Storm, for example, is that Rogue has boots that come up below her knees, horizontal padding on her shoulders and a segmentation line below her belt.

Yep. That's a pretty accurate portrayal of Rogue's uniform in X2, though you should make her green belt buckle stand out more and wow...she looks way too buff, unless she absorbed Logan's/ Colossus' body mass. :D

I love the complaints you post up about her regressing in X3. I am stating why she looks out of place and the rest of what you say is BS! No. First of all, i'm not the only one complaining about how she regressed in X3. Even you has said you dont like her role in there, heck you hate her roles in the whole trilogy! On the other hand, you are the only person i have seen in these boards to hate her uniform and to call Anna names because of her uniform. Honestly I dont think Rogue looked out of place at all in the movies. If you want to dwell on things like boot placement or glove length go ahead, but that sort of critisism is just grasping for straws. If you wanna talk about actresses and their affect on a character go ahead, but critisising costume design in a movie that shows little to no relavence to the comics' costumes in the first place is just being overly critical.

Besides, EVERYONE looks bad in sholder pads.

I happen to really love the fact that Rogue's costume was unique in the movies. The boots over the bottoms and the longer gloves were fantastic details I thought. Personally I find the pants over the boots to be an awful look. :/ It was terrible on Storm.

We don't have Halloween either, but we can dress up in carnival period (February-March) that lasts officially 40 days and have a special Thursday where we ALL go out, eat drink and have fun...:hyper::hyper::hyper:

Hi again!I formatted my hard discs this afternoon, it's only 20' im back connected to internet. At last!

Actually, i am member of a student union that does an exchange program for few months practice (AIESEC if u have heard of it) and i am responsible for reception procedures of interns of the program in my city. I have a team, im the teamleader and in the beginning of the term i came up with the concept of Reception X-Men (shortcut to eXchange Men, the people that work for the exchange program). So i told the team that they had to pick an X-Man (or X-Woman).

So i picked Jean (otherwise i would have picked Rogue, but i do resemble Jean a lot as a character:yay:), and my team members are Nightcrawler, Pete Wisdom, Rogue, Sunfire. We name ourselves the TheS_X-Men (Thessaloniki X-Men but when u say it it sounds like the Sexmen:hyper:)

After that AIESEC in Greece liked the concept and decided to make it official, so everyone that copes with reception issue, will be an X-Man. Other teams have characters like Storm, Emma Frost, Wolvie, Shadowcat( can't remember the others). We also plan next month to make our own X-Men movie, photoshooting, we are excited we even thought to dye our hair or and put on tails and claws. But no mimics of uniforms, it would be ridiculous. We'll just pick a good combination of clothes to have as 'suit'

Anyway after this short introduction(hehehe), we'll dress up like the characters we have picked and everyone else has to pick something else!

What do you think of my team?
Nightcrawler, Pete Wisdom, Jean Grey-teamleader (these are the main members), Rogue and Sunfire (as "part time members" we could say...). Im gonna make a wallpaper these days of the main 3 and of the five of us...

Oh i forgot to mention! Storm is the "headmistress", and there are two teams, one in Athens and one in my city (Thessaloniki) In Athens team we have Emma Frost as teamleader, but we are doing very well together, no rivalry between us :yay:.

Well you can go ahead and put me on your ignore list b/c I'm happy no matter what ya do with me here and that won't stop me from expressing my viewpoint here.:p

Earlier I was saying the way her uniform looked made her look out of place. Well I'm gonna add some more to that regarding her socalled uniform.

Marie (who is not truly Rogue) did not deserve to wear that uniform b/c...

She never did anything productive or worthwhile in it (no wonder she was in the only uniform that looked to hard to put on and move in),
She only wore it for one scene in two films,
She was too passive and useless compared to everyone else,
Then she chickened out, went for the cure and took it, which makes her a traitor!:cmad: So she should be sent home because without powers, she can't be on the team and she has no reason to remain at Xavier's school. Xavier made it clear to her that she is at his school to learn to accept her power and she didn't listen! Oh and don't give me that "But the cure is temporary" nonsense. Just b/c the cure appeared to be temporary for Magneto doesn't make it temporary for Marie too.

I'm still gonna keep saying the movie Rogue/Marie D' Ancanto is really the 616 Kitty Pryde with absorbing power b/c it's a true statement and anyone who read comics from the 80's knows that. Now let me give reasons why...

Kitty Pryde started out as a scared teenager,
she was not an active member of the team during her early years,
she was being used as a plot device by the villains (Hellfire Club) the x-men were fighting against at the time,
she had pretty much the same appearance and hairstyle Marie had,
her powers were made out to be useless,
she had a nonromantic relationship with Wolverine,
and Magneto once threatened to kill her!

NONE of those facts apply to the 616 Rogue. Rogue started out as a full prepared BOEM member fighting against the x-men. Then when she joined the x-men, she became a full prepared x-woman right away. Thanx to the confidence, fighting skills and additional powers she gained while with the Brotherhood. Truth is, besides Kitty Pryde and Jubilee, Rogue started out as an active mutant like everyone else when they first appeared, while her days before that were told briefly in flashbacks. You must understand why a comic fan like me can't adjust to watching characters like Rogue, Iceman and Pyro portrayed as useless kids b/c in the comics and cartoons they were always portrayed as active adults.

Yikes...an argument with no actual facts can go on forever...especially when someone claims that something IS fact...and I'm not asking anyone to go away when there is still so much to argue about ;) So who here also thinks that Rogue's uniform was different than everyone else's because the writers and costume designers KNEW that she wasn't going to have any action...I totally thought that :) Anyone? What do you mean that argument makes no sense?!? Doesn't anyone agree?!? GRABBING FOR STRAWS...ha ha...I like it A LOT!
