No no, you misunderstood that post:o. I took the liberty of posting those titles so that you could say wich one of those you actually have. Atleast one issue. It's goin back to the Original question i asked you, Wich titles you own. I just layed it out for you so can just say wich ones you have so people could just read and know what to ask and what not to ask.....

Just trying to minimize clutter. This is a good idea and i would hate to see it go to waste:o.....

I have a lot of Punisher stuff, and a lot of Hulk stuff.

Punisher War Zone 1-41 (the whole run)

Almost all of the War Zone comics

Born 1-4

And a lot of other Punisher stuff, almost all of the Punisher Armory's, all of the back to school specials, the entire Punisher:Captain America Blood and Glory mini series, and a bunch of other comics. Infinity Gauntlet, Infinity War, Hulk:The End, The End, Lobo original series 1-4, Fury, some Wolverine stuff, and so on. I also have quite a run of Hulk comics...I dont have a scanner or anything, but I could anwser some questions, help out a bit here and there if anyone has a question. I could probably find almost any pic out there anyhow...Hope that helps... :)

Do you have X-Men: Omega? I'd like a scan of the picture where Magneto rips Apocalypse in two. (I actually have the issue, but I don't have a scanner, and I'd like to have the pic on my computer. I'm thinking I might use it as my wallpaper.)

Also, someone was talking in another thread about a fight between Juggernaut and D'Spayre, where D'Spayre rips all the flesh off Juggernaut, leaving only a skeleton, but the skeleton is still moving and picks up D'Spayre. I'd kind of like to see that. I think it happened in a Juggernaut one-shot.

Beyond that, it's a little bit hard for me to think of specific images I'd like to see from issues that I haven't read. Even if I know a cool fight happened in a certain issue, I don't necessarily know how great it looked. Maybe you could post a few of what you feel are the coolest images from your comic collection.

Just before anyone gets any ideas, he was mystically stripped of his flesh, meaning, it didnt really happen. Just like Black Tom wasnt really killed, but its still an impressive feat none the less, he still thought it was actually happening...kind of like how The Beyonder got ret conned and supposedly everything he did was one big illusion... :rolleyes: And dont argue with me over it, I own the comic, and I know it for a fact. Also know that the one shot sucked, The art sucked, the execution sucked, the premise sucked, just about everything sucked. And Im not picky at all, just didnt like the comic at all...only cool thing in the whole comic was that pic...

D'spayre says something to the extent of he's gotten the power of The Juggernaut and magnified it 1,000 times over or something...I mean, how can someone that usually leeches energy off of humans and such go ahead and do something that drastic, just from The Juggernaut having some grief over him thinking black tom got killed? Thats why I personally believed it never happened, as he's supposed to be invurnble...almost completly invurnable...kind of like Ghost Riders penace stare. D'spayre said he was throwing back all of his hate, loathing, and so on, back at him, so it must of been mystical...just emotion and a representation of it all...I dont know...all confused now trying to explain this... :( :confused:

I dont get why everyone was so freaked out about Superman stopping Thor's hammer though, it wasnt that big of a deal...Superman was struggling to, he was like "S-Sorry" then afterwards he was so weak he couldent even put up any resistence... Hulk's done the same thing, stopping Thor's hammer before, then he shoved it backwards into his stomach and knocked the wind out of him. ...

Though I did enjoy seeing Hercules, Iron Man, Wonder Man, and She-Hulk all gang up and pummel Superman. :D Does Wonder Woman comment at all on Hercules or the fact that Wonder Man almost has her name?

You guys know that Superman fought for a thousands years in Vallhalla (sp?) and was fighting with the DC universe's equivalent of Thor? Thor was eventually killed in the war though, and Superman took Mjonlir. How I hate DC and cheese like that at times. Superman fights for thousands of years while only a couple of hours pass on Earth? I read that JLA story where they where all stuck in that parasite place where all of those mites where or whatever, but the whole Vallahalla thing really pushed it...

Eh, Im getting there. I mean, I liked Superman in Kingdom Come, Superman Peace on Earth, Superman for all Seasons, Superman Oydessy, and a couple of other titles, but he just so damned inconsistent the character is no fun at times. I mean, they re booted his title years ago to make the character more human and less god like, and what did they do? they went and ****ed everything up again. I want to see him deal with more human things instead of pushing around planets, dealing with some cosmic threat, or whatever.

About the closest they've ever come was a couple of years back when he dealed with spousal abuse, those where really good. It showed Superman busting into this guys house and stopping the husband from beating his wife, and Superman caught hell for it, from the wife. All of the power he posses's and he couldent do anything. The woman ends up being killed and Superman almost kills that guy because he's so angry...he was ragged looking, angry, human. A couple of good things, shows him as being more realalistic, more human, more entertaining... Thats why I like the Hulk so damned much, so deep, so understandable, so much fun. He's just a loose character, he can be funny as hell (The Big Change GN - him trying to "smash" the rain, and he cant do anything about it and ends up in the mud frustated, the things he says sometimes) or the most bad ass, most awesome, and one of the most powerful hero's in the MU.

He can go mindless and kill hundreds...or save the world and be compassinate, fall in love. Make a human friend, or be the last human on Earth, watching everyone die without remorse. because he's become so sick of everyone and everything. Or he can be a mean, loose cannon, like when he turned Grey. As he said "Im not that big brainless lug that liked beans and puppy dogs", a whole other dimension to his character right there. You get the point. I just want to see Superman stop being such a damned high and mighty unbeatable world icon and being a slightly more down to earth, human, more beatable character...

Too true. Superman's the pinnacle of the heroes at DC, which means he's gotta literally be the most physically powerful (barring dudes like the Spectre, though I suspect he could take some cosmics on, too). That's one thing I've gotta hand to Marvel: they're better at turning ideals on their head. 2 of Marvel's most powerful are practically villains right now and their most heroic character is just a regular human.

Ok, I said "cut off shirt" to mean it was cut off halfway down his torso, but I guess there was some miscommunication. Yes, Warren Ellis is responsible for the (as JIN so eloquently put it) dominatrix Thor. He's also responsible for the bare-chested human Thor, too. And the ruin of Asgard and the scattering of the gods across the world. And ... the list of atrocities just goes on and on.

Feb 1993... Thats when the whole 3 issue Hulk/Juggy thing started. The Juggernaut did beat The Hulk unconscious in 402, but he jumped The Hulk, and the Hulk wasnt trying to fight back for the, I dont know, first half of the fight. Still an impressive feat though, even if it was The Professor. I believe this was before the whole Onslaught de powering thing as well. Looked like Juggy felt those shots though eh? :D ;)

I know the thousands years happened in real time, I even said only a couple of hours passed on Earth. Seperate realities and all. And Superman could pick up mjonlir, he's definitly worthy enough. Captain America picked it up, hell I even think She Hulk picked it up once. But let me ask you this, whats one of the vs. matches that fans want to see the most? Thor vs. Superman... So DC went ahead and had Superman fight alongside DC's equivelent of Thor. Then they had Thor die...to me it kind of illustrates that Superman is supeior and took and eventuall won where Thor couldent, at least that's how DC made it out. And the following instance might not be as straight out, but how about Doomsday? He's just like The Hulk, in my opinion. Specifically the mindless Hulk. Let me compare...

1. Both extremly strong...

2. Both can jump very long distances...

3. Both are very unintelligent, usually both rely of instincts and can barely talk.

4. Both have very powerful healing factor's.

5. And it isnt exactly the most well known thing, but DD has the whole, getting stronger as he gets madder/fights longer. It wasnt very prominent, but it was said in The Death of Superman "The more I hit him, the more he seems to like it, my attacks are getting weaker, while his are getting stronger." I mean, if they went right out and made a big deal about the anger/strength increase, EVERYONE would of said straight out that DD was a Hulk rip off, instead of the people here and there that so it now.

6. And both where somewhat unstopable. The Mindless Hulk took down The Avengers, The FF, Spiderman, Namor, Iron Man, and so on... Then Thor came in and went toe to toe with him, mainly because Thor was going all out, and then they still had to move The Hulk to the cross roads. DD took down the lame ass JLA. Still along the same lines though...

Just seems like another comparison by DC some what saying "Superman could beat The Hulk". I dont know, just my opinion...

In all the spidey/hulk fights I've got:

Amazing spider-man #14, Amazing spider-man annual#3, Amazing spider-man #119-#120, Amazing spider-man #328 and Amazing spider-man #381 and #382. He doesn't take any FULL FORCE punches from HULK.

There are af ew other issues but I don't have them

The only Spidey/juggey fight I've got is this one (amazing spider-man #229-#230):

Spidey fights Jugs before that, in Spider-Man #16 and in the corresponding X-Force issue from that month. It was a 2-parter. Spider-Man drops a building on Jugs. :) He also steps up and makes a much better leader for X-Force than Cable or Sam ever did.

Thats the evil posessed Iron Fist I believe...and he's an amazingly talented martial artist, not the greatest of all time though. Not to mention he was evil, not thinking, attacking sporadically, and so on. The good Iron Fist would probably of been much more coordinated...and The Black Panther is damned good anyhow... :)

Yeah ROD stopped the impulses from Juggys brain going to the rest of his body so he was paralysed. He shook it off of course but by then Rogue had already done what the X-men couldn't and thats see Nimrod off.

She absorbed everyone powers. The reason why Nimrod is so tough is because he's got info on everybody he fights, their powers, fighting style etc. But when Rogue absorbed EVERYONES powers, Nimrod had no pre planned strategy. So after a little scuffle that (almost killed rogue btw) he telepoted away.

Green Lantern lost? I'm not surprised that he lost, but surprised that they fought for 2 pages. The Surfer would annihilate GL without a thought. A better fight would be Superman vs. Silver Surfer. I think DC knows that that is why when they did meet in a crossover, they didn't fight each other, just worked together to defeat the Impossible Man and Mr. Mztyplik.

Guyver, isn't there at least one instance where Thanos teleports in some comic during one of the Infinity crossovers? I'm relatively sure it's either in Infinity War or the Warlock and the Infinity Watch comic. He's sitting on a throne-looking thing with some other characters around him and they just go popping in and out from place to place. Sorry I'm being so vague but if you know what I'm talking about please post pics.

And yeah, Gladiator is one of the worst used characters in recent years, even more so then The Juggernaut. They had Cannonball pretty much beat him, amazing enough he also gained new powers during that fight... :mad: :rolleyes:

Gladiator has SO much potential... Dont know why Marvel went and made him into such a worthless character. And Guyverjay, could you post the rest of the pics, up to Sue knocking Gladiator out with a force field? Thanks...

I think Marvel keeps him low on their list because he's basically a recognizable parody of Superman. The red costume, the flying, the eye beams, the incredible strength, the one weakness to a certain type of radiation: all these things point him out as a Superman clone. And what does every Marvel fan want to see more than Superman getting his nuts kicked in? Naked women, explosions, and that's about it. ;)

Yup X they are skrulls, spider-man and captain america appear in the next issue as well. Thats also the issue where glads get knocked out by sue. Reed uses a his "thought projector" to make a sort of hard light holgram of himself. Glads uses all his powers on it thinking its reed while the fake reed just smiles at him. At thats exact moment glads DOUBTS his powers and we all know what that means . He then gets knocked out by sue.
