January/February on satellite, summer on terrestrial. Probably.
What?! You have to wait til January? That's terrible. Hard to avoid spoilers, too. Hmm. I figured you'd just be a couple of weeks behind.

Well, Hurricane Ivan has hit Tornado Valley. Weird how it can come so far inland. It's really windy and stormy here tonight. Kind of cozy though.

Yeah, but we get all 26 episodes in a row. No breaks. I'm not really all that hyped for smallville anymore. I can't even remember what happened last season. :o

Yikes. That's the only season I saw. Well, once I started watching the show in Season 3, I bought the others on DVD. But I liked season 3 best, although a lot of people seem to feel it's the weakest.

With 15-20 days of work I have enough to live a whole year. My rep normally arranges me around 30 concerts per year, so... It's about 2000-2100 $... :o

So 1800 e's is about $2000.00? Hmm. So for working 20 days a year (something you would likely do for nearly nothing - just for the love of it) you earn about $40,000? Not bad. Maybe you do have the greatest job. :D

women because they were unpredictable.
Something I considered a virtue.
I also thought the female names gave
an air of mystery to them.
Feminists found this offensive, however and
the lobbying finally changed this fine tradition
that lasted decades without complaint.
Now we have hurricanes with names like Bob.

In the end, It's a half stadium. . .being sent to a trade show in europe, and I'm starting a second copy of it on Tuesday to send to another trade show. It's all made in an SLA Machine. I make the computer model, then this laser prototyping machine we have builds the model in plastic. I hand paint the whole thing, and epoxy all the parts together. Make little signs and glue them on. The Stadium Lights have working LED's that give it a COOL Effect. There are 2500 little people in there, and each was glued down with hot glue, one at a time by yours truly. :D That's all I can think of. Opinions?

yeah, that's not a good opener. . . it made less than catwoman, but cost less to make, too. I think it could hit it's budget, but barely. I heard a lot of people that said it just looks stupid. I thought it was a fun film, but it didn't deliver for me the way I wanted it to.

okay, allow me to handle this situation:
after a few dates with this guy (what's a few by the way?), doesnt necessarily make things "exclusive"...depending on how many dates a "few dates" are. either way, you've been on a few dates with this guy and you've had a good time...this shows the great possible potential for a promising exclusive relationship (at least thats what the guy is anticipating). then he finds out you were also going on dates with another guy? to him, you were disrespecting the possible future of an exclusive monogomous relationship. he was looking forward to that, and your "meddling" shows you werent thinking about it as seriously as he was. you were showing disrespect for the potential future that he was anticipating and thought you were anticipating as well. so if he got mad, thats why...and whether its justified or not, its defenitely understandable.

Two dates does not make an exclusive
arrangement or relationship.
If he assumed so his assumption is without foundation.
Wishful thinking on his part.
No doubt he was taken with your charms.
His trying to make you agree with his assumption
is nothing other than planting a guilt trip on you
and he succeeded to a degree.
So he's pissed you went out with someone else to boot.
Since there is no exclusivity you do not need his permission.
Now he's jealous too.
Also without foundation.
Looks like your instincts in see someone else are correct.
He's insecure and immature.
Because of his behaviour I suggests you give him the boot.

he's telling the truth. . .convoluted as it is. I never date more than one person at a time, honestly. For a couple reasons... one. . . yeah, if you're out meeting someone else and going out with other folks, are you really giving it a chance to turn into anything with this person? and two, if you date multiple people and like them all, but get serious with one, you're eventually gonna have to tell some that it's over. That's just ****ed up.... "I know we've been having a blast the past few weeks. . but I found someone better than you." Not a choice or distinction I like to make, and not one I like being made against me. I won't compete for a woman, I always lose.
that's not to say I'm planning the wedding after one date, either. It just means I'm not gonna play the dating game. . . If I'm just casually dating someone then I'll enjoy my time with them while it's there until it gets more serious, but if the girl of my dreams comes along(australian or british accent is a plus), I'll probably go for it. . if she's the absolute perfect girl.

Right and right again.

You "reiterate" it is but you did not say that exactly.
Very detailed hypothetical.
This situation is maybe about to occur perhaps?
Like you are thinking of seeing someone else

and react the way you describe. Or your girlfriend is in this situation.
Why do you want and need to know if its just hypothetical

Okay, I need to hear the guy's perspective on something. If you ask a woman out, and she goes and you have fun and ask her out again, and she agrees . . . you don't suddenly assume just because you've had a couple of dates that things are exclusive, right? Right? (Please say right.) :) And if you find out that in the meantime she agreed to go out with someone else, you don't get all pissed, right? (um, this would be the time to say, right, again.) ;) I need to know. Thanks.
You should know if you like the first dude by now - fact your still wanting to see the 2nd guy means you dont - dump him. If the first guy knows you are wanting to date other guys and is accepting it dump him for being such a looser. If the second guy knows you are seeing someone and wants to date you anyway be careful - he is prob a b****d Like i said after 3 dates you should know how you feel - or enough to know if you want to keep seeing them.

okay...i'm not saying this to bash women at all, it's just the honest truth. men are more preceptive than women. after one date you are not "exclusive". but, the guy was able to "foresee" (so to speak) an exclusive relationship in the near future. then he finds out "you're" on dates with other guys tarnishes that possibility, because obviously "you're" not thinking of the possiblity of an exclusive relationship, nor are you taking the relationship as seriously than he is.
as for a woman suggesting being exclusive ont he first date...you dont suggest these things so early on, its just understood.

Exclusivity is just understood?
by the way, on "you're" first date with this guy, would "you" have any problem telling him that tomorrow night "you're" going out with another guy?
This is why I asked. I know it might seem like I am picking on you Marv, but really I am not. Or at least, I don't mean to. I just need to understand the guy's perspective on this subject. I asked because I wanted to know "if" a guy had gone out with a woman one time, would he expect that she not see another guy? That's really all I was trying to ask. I guess I got my answer . . . and it does surprise me, but it seems like most of you think that he would be upset to think she might see someone else. I'm just glad to know that.
then he finds out "you're" on dates with other guys tarnishes that possibility,
Are you saying that if he learned you might see another guy, he wouldn't want to see you any more? I am trying to understand when things get this serious. Because this seems really fast to me.
by the way, on "you're" first date with this guy, would "you" have any problem telling him that tomorrow night "you're" going out with another guy?
I don't know when or if it would be appropriate to tell him on the first date, because I think it would scare the hell out of him to hear me suggest that he could possiby be jealous or bothered by that.
If you guys are typical ( :D ) . . . and I know you are not (you're way better) then this has been helpful because I always thought guys feared committment and it's honestly hard for me to believe any guy would already be thinking about exclusivity that early on. It's good to know. Thanks. :)

No, no, no. You're not getting me. It's not about whether I am brave enough to tell him, it's about assuming he cares.. Assumptions can be dangerous. I mean, if we are out for the first time and I say, "By the way, tomorrow night I'm seeing someone else." To me, that suggests I think he gives a damn. Which, (to me) could scare him off. Like he is thinking I am pushing for something. That's all I meant.

I broke contact with two of them and saw the remaining girl for 9months. The problem would have been if i had liked two of them or all 3. In that situation i would have maybe gone a couple of more dates (not taking things too far) and then decided. My excuse is that i met the 3 of them in one week. I think guys in general know pretty quick if they like a girl - maybe it takes girls longer to decide. In these circumstances i think you should do whatever you feel comfortable with but remain discreet.
