Just reading here but I would be very worried if Marv wanted to see his friends "little friend". Also I had a friend that had it done and it is called a Prince Albert, not really sure why. Also my friend said it hurt really bad, but once it healed it made certian things feel better. I also had a girlfriend that had her "little man in the boat" pierced. She had it done before we met but I was shocked when I frist saw it, looked painful.

And I saw ladder 49 last night. That is not a movie a girl should see alone. I am all boohooing in my popcorn bucket, wiping my eyes with salty tissues. It wasn't a great movie but it was a real emo movie. So take a girl and some soft tissues. You guys might cry too. It was predictable I guess but I just boohooed anyway.

I made my decision to leave while I was under the influence *cough, cough* and it seemed like the right thing to do. Now I'm not so sure. I've always told myself "Once you make a decision, you stick by it, no matter what." Indecision is a sign of wekaness. But after reading certain posts and recieving certain Private Messages (you know who you are) I think I might have to break my own rule.

Superman isn't entirely bad and I never claimed that he is. I just think he made a poor judgment when he removed the picture I posted. That's all. I understand his reason for pulling it, I really do. But the fact of the matter remains, that without his comments and without his pulling it, there would have been no contreversy whatsoever. He brought it upon the boards himself.

Now, I KNOW what he's going to say, becaus eI've seen him say it in the Welling thread, this thread, AND even my own goodbye thread. He'll say he can't condone the posting of a Nazi picture or the comparison of Wellingites to Nazis in any way shape or form. Fine. I get it. And he's right.

But the problem is that NO ONE, other than Superman himself, drew the Nazi reference out of said photo. Everyone was laughing and having a good time over it. But then when the moderator steps in, suddenly it become a controversial topic.

I am not a racist. I am not a skinhead. I am not a Nazi. I don't intentionally try to offend people. Yet unfortunately, because of Superman's meddling, I'll be labled as "the guy who posted the Nazi pic" when in all actuallity, it had nothing to do with Nazism.

I've nothing against you personally, infact if you remember a short while back during the fan film forum fiasco we actually teamed up pretty well and if I remember correctly somewhere along the line EML got de-modded and indeed banned.. I (and I think others) hoped the overzealous closing, merging and moving of threads would stop or at least slow down.. it hasn't .

okay, trying to get the pics soon, in the mean time, here's a list of things I learned in London:

- even mini-cab drivers don't know their way around
- There are seagulls on the Thames River. .. and they SOUND british
- Old men on the Tube don't appreciate the style of London youth
- Everyone age 15-30 is terribly stylish
- At the Wood Green bus stop there's a rastafarian man who says he's marcus garver's grandson, and apparently he ain't afraid of nobody. Not the white man, not even Bin Laden and his crew... nobody.
- Movies are wrong... chips are chips and fries are fries.. I feel so used.
- Apparently in London, their idea of a good souvenir is a mug that says "[insert name/relation] went to London and all I got was this lousy mug"
- NOBODY SAYS BOLLOCKS!
- 1-2 teens die each day on london cross walks... I was afraid to go outside!

the TW casting thread (however pointless it's title may seem now) had become more of a community thread.. It still discussed the movie (thus avoiding being moved like this thread did) but it had gone way beyond a casting thread.. Why shut it down?
In fact why shut down half the threads you're shutting?

Because, as Ade said, it became more of a community thread than a casting one. Look, I understand that it doesn't need to be on the movie board anymore. But I don't see what was wrong with moving it to Super-World. And I really don't understand why the Welling thread I tried to start IN Superworld was also shut down. If Super-World has room for discussing whether or not Superman can drown, I'm sure there is room for discussing many people's favorite actor portraying Kal-El...
