Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
I was hoping this was a joke. Vampires?

Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
So Adjectiveless X-Men is back...
...but why relaunch it without an A-list team? I can't see this title doing well. |
Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
This team looks full of popular X-characters to me
|
Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
Mags is a member of the X-men now, and he isn't the leader?!?!?!?!
Looks like I need to catch up. |
Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
He and Charles have taken a backseat to Scott and Emma :whatever:

He lost his powers, spent some time with the High Evolutionary making artificial ones, and came back all "I come in peace". He still hasn't gained their trust yet, but he did just bring Kitty home

Yeah, like it's pretty much a given that Cable and Nightcrawler are goners now. Seeing as everyone's popping up on covers except them.

Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
Sorry, I meant A-list creative team. Uncanny has Fraction/Portacio, Astonishing's going to be the "sorta out of continuity almost like a little movie" book. Adjectiveless has...Gischler and Medina?

He's writing Deadpool books at the moment. Merc with a Mouth and Corps.

Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
Yeah, no wonder I don't know anything about him then :o

Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
The vampire thing is only the opening story arc with a huge team of X-Men. Afer that it'll be whittled down to a unit of 4 or 5 characters, like New Mutants and X-Force. I don't know about anyone else, but that sounds like a good thing. Hopefully this could be the place for the rarely used characters: Gambit, Iceman, Northstar, Dazzler, etc.

Damn it! When the heck is Marvel going to give Brian K Vaughan an X series? Could they make Colossus look anymore feminine in that pose and with those tights? Also why do they keep altering the color scheme on this costume? It looks so much better without the blue on the legs |
Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
I don't think BKV wants to write X-Men, unfortunately, I think he's kind of "out" of Mainstream comics.

Re: Official (adjectiveless) X-MEN Discussion Thread
i guess Legacy will never revert back to adjectiveless if there is another adjectiveless around.
