The Vision would win because he can become intangable and disintigrate things.

I say Thor wins because of magical powers he has & also his hammer. Vision is just an android & can be manipulated.

The Vision is not nearly as physically powerful as Thor and probably can't really hurt him. His disintegration powers won't work on Mjolnir, probably wouldn't work on Thor's armor and definitely wouldn't work on Thor's body. His intangibility is no advantage as Thor's magical lightning has hit intangible people before.

lightning would short circuit vision then he would not be able to move or just lose his higher ability functions like intangibility. got to go with thor on this one.

Can't ever imagine the Vis ever being a serious threat to Thor, save maybe for his ability to phase.


Other than that, Thor take the Vision out.
