The official Michael Fassbender / Magneto thread

How powerful will his power be in this movie.
I hope he is as sarcastic as Sir Ian.

I saw this photo on tumblr. I never noticed he has such a small waist :wow:

Yeah he's super skinny. I'm suspicious that's where the armor in his DoFP costume came from: they're trying to bulk him up a bit.

aw, Michael, the things we could do together.....

wait, are we allowed to say things like that on here or is that breaking a rule? :funny:

Part of his waist is behind her.

I never paid attention to his body shape but he has a really thin waist :wow: He has fantastic arms and thighs though

Mikey might be lean, but he's got some great definition!

So, what badass thing could Magneto do in this film that would equal his moving of the Golden Gate Bridge, or his prison escape, or his killing Shaw with a Nazi quarter, hmm?

It's funny even with him moving the Golden Gate Bridge and killing someone using a coin, I think his escape from the plastic prison trumps them all.

For me, that waist is just so unflattering especially for such a tall guy and the size of his head is pretty big.

I loved how inventive that was. Non-realistic maybe, but I definitely didn't anticipate smuggling iron in the blood.

Really? He's tall and lean and well-defined...sounds nice to me. :hrt:

Small waists are a bad thing now? lol

I only just found out Fassbender was one of the lead characters in Fable 3 which I've been playing. Actually that game has a really great cast.

Yeah it's always nice too see these characters using their powers in ways that are a bit more novel and a bit less stereotypical action scene-ish. Not that I'm against Magneto flipping cars or lifting bridges on occasion.

To be fair to him though, I believe that second gif is from a movie where he plays a man going on a hunger strike, so he had to be way skinny for it.

Defo a chance we could have another Oscar winner for this film by next year with fassbender

It's from Fish Tank :hrt:. The scene when he's watching Mia dancing in the kitchen then makes tea.

I hope he wins but I have a feeling Leto will.
