Dick Tracy was before Sin City the first live action movie that felt like a comic book. I have the making off book did you know that the ONLY colors used in that movie were the ones fell under the primary colors used in painting? notice there are no browns, or any dull colors at all. and you cannot go wrong with the great Elfman for his score (i have the cd). and i agree the make up fx still look good 18 years later
