If anyone read the virals you will see that Wayne Manor is being rebuilt, Monorail is as well and of course the Batcave will be redesigned too.

The Batmobile will be redesigned I believe unless the Bat-Pod is used again.

In the film, everything is burned so there is nothing left that ties Fox and Rachel to Batman so in my mind, Batman has no equipment left to work with except the Batsuit, gadgets on the utility belt and the Bad-pod.

Truly 'Empire Strikes Back' of the trilogy.
