Not sure how this will turn out.
I read that this has a budget of like $87 million. Not sure who the heck would want a fund a movie like this with that type of money.
Rebooting a character for the cinema is not that simple.
I'm not sold on Boyle's ideas. I'm not sure what he's getting at with the costume changes. I guess people can't deal with a purple costume and a mask. Does the suit need to be more high tech or something? In the 2040 animated series, he had those guns that could seemingly levitate from his belt into his hands.
I do have a soft spot for Defenders of The Earth featuring the Phantom. And also the 2040 show which was pretty weird.
