Their names are so similar, and they both were TV writers and writers of Batman, so it's an understandable little mix up. Anyway, I highly doubt Frank Miller read that Super Friends script by Alan Burnett or watched the cartoon. Merry Christmas to you and Kurosawa, or happy Hanukkah.
