[Octoberist]

I know 'steampunk' gets tossed a lot, but there's a part of me who wished 'HYDRA' had weapons that was advanced by was still confined to that ERA's available technology. So I guess a form of 'steampunk', or rather 'diesel punk' would have kept a more..old school look.
