The reason is just that the poster is so barely visible, much less identifiable, that he didn't bother paying a guy 2000$ to erase it...
What?... I totally remember there being a Starbucks sign on the street where Batman flips the Jokers truck.
Anyway, the poster is indiscernible in the actual film so there was no need to change it.
