Thanks for that. After a bit o' research it seems like its equal parts both teams.
Invaders included: Captain America, Bucky Barnes and Union Jack
Howlers included: Dum Dum Dugan, Gabe Jones and occasionally Jim Morita
but thats a good point, Invaders were regarded as a super powered team.
