Now,
that I can agree with. That whole sequence, all 3.5 minutes of it, was essential to Steve's story and his mindset. Some of the deleted scenes are take it or leave it, but this one is unforgiveable. I'm genuinely pissed off that it got scrapped....all of it: the newsreels, the resolution of Peggy's status, the Stan Lee cameo, the scenes of Steve's difficulty in transitioning to the future.
