Who's not to say that Marvel won't go full on Dr. Manhattan with him. Then the age of the actor wouldn't be a problem. They would just use him for his voice and likeness.

You're right when you think about it like that. If we use that logic then Wolverine is a Hulk villain and Sabertooth is a Spider-man villain.

They will probably refer to him as The Radioactive man. It will come off more as a descriptive reference rather than as an actual name.
