Genocide is, indeed, the 616 counterpart of Nemesis/Holocaust from the AoA.
Holocaust was, however, brought into the 616 after the AoA ended. He had something to do with Shaw at one point, but I don't remember what title it was in. After that, though, I'm not sure. Didn't he wind up in Bedard's run on
Exiles? I want to say he was the one killed by... Hyperion, I think.
