Yeah, it'd be pretty impossible to have Black Bolt as the lead. Crystal is the only Inhuman who I could see working as the genuine lead for the movie.
But he should play a major part, bigger than Odin did, I think. More like Professor X in X-Men, with less talking and more fighting.
