In Begins, Bruce throw his gun in the water before "visits" Falcone and leave Gotham.
In Rises, Blake did the same with his badge, after Batman saved the city.

The scene in TDK where Bruce look closely to Dent at the bunker kinda remembers him researching about Selina in Rises.
