1. Joker Interrogation scene TDK
2. Two-Face hostage scene TDK
3. The cross-cut sequence of Batman racing to save Rachel, Joker escaping from the MCU, Rachel dying and Bats finding Dent.
Yeah, it's pretty clear which I think is the best movie in the series. Though the other two also have great scenes.
