Well, magneto being in a wheelchair is from the comics
That's not to say that will remain in the movie

And while I liked Fassbender in first class, I just don't want to see a young magneto who's never really known Logan to do that
Part of the drama of that moment was that Wolverine and Magneto had gotten close while the latter led the X-men.
Magneto felt betrayed, so he lashed out at Logan.

And also, that was a totally different story
Days of the future past has nothing to do with fatal attractions
