I don't get the obsession with the mask. The hood is enough.

By the way, when Felicity mentioned someone with NSA-level credentials monitoring Moira's finances, I immediately thought of Roy Harper. He was a Checkmate operative in the comics. He could be a double agent infiltrated in Tempest. I think it'd be a nice way to introduce him.

Also, the trend of having Felicity shoot accidental innuendo to Walter continues. I'm really liking these two and their subplot.
