Hmmm, I'm gonna go with Speedball.

He's got some serious power and these days he's less of an irresponsible douche.....I mean after that whole accidentally getting 600 kids killed and the whole Spike Fetish thing he had going on for awhile.

Too powerful for Nightwing.
