In my opinion, the most fun time to be a Nolan Batman fan was the period in between the announcement of Begins with its pics and script leaking online, and Ledger's death. Not that it wasn't great after, with being able to see TDK on the big screen and anticipate Rises. But that was the most purely joyful period. Reaching its low point in the TDKR theater shooting.
