You guys want a laugh? Read Jett's "review" of The Dark Knight Rises
. He spends the first few paragraphs lauding the film with every generic superlatives he can muster, but never does he even attempt to explain any of it, explain why he thought it was so good.
Alan Moore on comics:
They've lost a lot of their original innocence, and they can't get that back. And, they're stuck, it seems, in this kind of depressive ghetto of grimness and psychosis. I'm not too proud of being the author of that regrettable trend.
