Unrelated to Thanos, but i gotta ask-

In the news coming out about rewrites on the F4 reboot, they mention exploring deeper mythology like Kree and Skrulls

Now, I know Fox owned Super-skrull
But does anyone know about the character rights for these two races???
Kevin Feige implyed that Marvel owned them, but this seems to suggest otherwise.

And that'd be some bolshoi
