Masters of Evil would be interesting after Thanos. There are a few members that are confirmed for a movie or have been featured in one. Abomination has been featured. Crossbones is confirmed for Captain America 2 (and the actor has a multi-film contract). Characters like Baron Zemo, Enchantress, and Executioner could easily feature in Phase III films.

i could see them using the Liberators from the Ultimate comics before the Masters of Evil (which is kind of a hokey name when you think about it).
