I think the intention concerning Tom Hiddleston's take on the character is that he's not just a villain in the traditional sense but a more relatable, three dimensional villain.
- The best things in life don't come with a price tag and are worth fighting for.

- Seriously, you don't have to go to all those great extremes to make me feel happy and wanted.
- They say forgive and forget. I like to underscore the forget part.
