Definitely. When I attended screenings the audience ate it up. It's as Selina Kyle-y as you can get.

She's responsible for men strewn on the ground and the police walk on by ignoring her.
And when the coast is clear the Congressman is still
smitten. "Call me?" - "Keep pressure on that sweetheart." Funny and smart. The behaviour of a survivor. It's one of the best moments.
