"Don't push it"? "Push" what? I get that everyone loves the comics and cartoons and Arkham Asylum and they want the live action movies to be "just like them", but pretty much every idea I've seen in this thread sounds awful.
I don't understand how I'm not allowed to be critical of anyone's ideas simply because "we are geeks" (whatever that's supposed to mean). I see it in the Superman and Spider-Man forums as well. Fanboys speculating, offering up ridiculous scenarios that they've gathered from cartoons and video games that have no business being in a live action film (if it's to be taken the least bit seriously).
When I read things like: "I want Professor Pyg to pop up and for Batman to take him down real quick just to establish his status
" I'm left scratching my head, because this is something that sounds great as a side-mission in a video game, but would be laughable and ridiculous in a film...and since this is a public forum, these things are fair game for criticism.
These are some of the reasons why I'm glad that none of you have any say in these films lol.
