While it had its fair share of mechanical mistakes (such as the chase after the stock exchange scene having the incorrect setting,) Rises is a better made film. There is no crappy Goyer dialogue, no terrible color correction/design (the scenes in the Narrows look like s***,) and it had a proper ending, instead of the irritating tease for a sequel (and unnecessary reference to Burton's Batman.)

I held Storm's End against the power of the Reach for a year, and took Dragonstone from the Targaryens. I smashed Mance Rayder at the Wall, though he had twenty times my numbers. One of the best soundtrack sections. Ever.
