Malekith was so under developed that if it was revealed that he was a actor named Trevor Slattery, the character would have been better for it.
I'll agree on villains when it comes to Phase 2 movies. I thought Phase 1 had plenty of strong and memorable villains. Loki is the only stand out in Phase 2 and he's not even the main guy.
You know, it occurs to me that Captain America is basically the superhero equivalent of Mary Poppins. Practically perfect in every way and all that stuff.
