There's no need for an explanation. One of my classmates went completely grey at the age of 10. Prematurely grey hair ran in his family. Steve Martin also went grey relatively young. It happens.

Whatever AOU's Quicksilver looks like, I don't think they will copy Helen Mirren's hairstyle for ATJ.
