While I loved the Mandarin theme as well as the track "Isolation", I felt the rest of the score was a bit bland and, to me at least, was a little out of place.

For instance, I felt that the sweeping orchestral theme didn't really work when Tony's home was being attacked until we began to see that he was doomed to fail and lose all of his "neat stuff". Up until then, it should have been some badass electric guitars as in the first movie because he's Iron Man and they're some dudes in helicopters, you know? Then bring in the tragic wistful "I'm losing everything" cue.

YMMV, obviously....

Oh and I thought "Can You Dig It?" was too "Bada-Bing" for the supposed end of RDJ as Iron Man in solo movies. Hopefully that's not the case but y'know....
