Default "There is something out there......ME!"

Im sorry if this has been covered before but did any one establish whether the dialogue from the teaser trailer was a deleted scene or written speciffically for it. i was thinking about this recently and i think it would have been really good to have had that in the film some where.

No, that was only for the teaser trailer.

No it was only for a teaser, I don't believe it's deleted scene.

What kind of scene was it? I cant really imagine a scene where he would use that exact dialogue the way he did. It seems much more like something specifically written for the teaser.

And I don't remember it in the script.

Of course, I haven't read the script in two years.

It was in the shooting script I believe. The one now available in barnes and noble books stores everywhere.

Also think about it...they went and shot a piece less than a second of Bruce saying "me" in the cave...?

ive always imagined that if it was a deleted scene it might've been one where he was talking to alfred in the cave about what he was planning to do. but then again he did that on the plane didnt he! but as i recall when that clip came up with bruce saying "me" it looked like he was wearing his rags from ra al guhls temple..........................aaaaaaaarrrrrggghh hhhhhhh!!!!!! MUST KNOW!!!!!

It's no less odd than them shooting an entire scene of a heist at the world trade center for the Spider-Man teaser.

How hard would that be. They finish a scene in the cave, then are like "oh, and Christian, could you just say "me" all badass-like real quick? awesome, thanks!"

i've read through that script like 3 times, it's not in there. It was filmed for the teaser trailer, and thats it.

I think it's shot for the Teaser Trailer not actual for the film.

It's just for the teaser.

"They told me there was nothing out there...nothing to fear. But the night my parents were murdered, I caught a glimpse of something. I looked for it ever since. I went around the world, search in all the shadows. And there is something out there in the darkness...something terrifying...something that will not stop until it gets revenge...me."

The way the dialogue is set up, I can't think of when Bruce would say that in the movie, or to who. My conclusion, it was written specifically for the trailer.

I think it was just for the Teaser...

Although it could possibly be a deleted scene. If so I beleive the rest of the dialogue was for the teaser and the "Me" scene in the cave may have been from a deleted scene..

i liked the really early trailer...the one where they used the scene from B89 of his parents getting killed and then batman in a very simple gray and black costume jumping off a roof. very dark and serious and dramatic.

I didn't follow the production of BB so much, but the teaser is what sold me on the film. It was totally different than what I was expecting to see, different from the earlier Batman movies. I think I still have the link to the teaser in my bookmarks.
